Question from a Czech rider
Hi
I am new here. I do not speak English well. I have been riding an alpine snowboard for 24 years. I'd like a meeting to learn something. It is possible? Thank you Luboš (Czech Republic)

Re: Question from a Czech rider
Ahoj Luboše ,
it seems we are very few riders in CZ; where are you located ?
Huuska on this forum lives in Beskidy, I am in Brno, and there are others from Plzen and Ceske Budejovice from what I've seen.
Huuska and I only got serious about EC this year and were at the SDT Hintertux mid-December 2019 which was a very valuable experience.
At the moment, I'm mainly going to Jeseniky (last WE I discovered Filipovice and found it very suitable for EC in the evening). It is not easy to find a good slope for EC in CZ (wide enough and not too crowded). Where do you normally go ?
I think Huuska and I can give you a few tips on the theory, but we still have way to go in real live (especially me)
Guillaume

Re: Question from a Czech rider
Hello,
If you want to speak in Czech, you can contact Dalibor, who participated to the 17th ExtremeCarving Session and to the preceding meeting in Hintertux (Austria).
You can write him a private message in this Forum. His nickname is: huuska.
You also can see all planned meetings here in the Forum or here in the Web pages.
In March you can meet us in Italy: info here.
See you on the snow maybe!

Hi
I'm in Tabor. I drive - if it goes to Italy or Austria. Not often. I am not going anywhere much in the Czech Republic. I used to start in Pec pod Sněžkou. Thank you very much for your reaction.

Re: Question from a Czech rider
Yes indeed, I am still not fully mentally recovered from great weekend I have had in Zinal
Also "train song" still rings in my ears after almost door to door connection from Zinal to Koprivnice (actually from Zinal it was bus to get me to Sierre).
I think that order is wrong. It should be French, English, German and Czech. Which feels me ashamed as his Czech is much better than my French
Luckily mister google is helping me with translation from French to English (Czech grammar is awful to translate)
I am taking over Luboš by PM where I can support him with technical questions but not riding style as I am not there yet (but maybe one day I will ).
