"calf canting"?

Post by DaveS » Monday 8 April 2002, 9:13

Dear Jacques or Patrice.

On your settings page you write: “Set the same calf canting to both of your boots.” What do you mean by “calf canting”? Are you referring to the “forward lean” on your boots?

thanks for your reply,

Dave

Hi,

We are referring to the "forward lean" position (angle), stiffness (for those who have spring set up) and "side canting lean" (the one or two srews on the side of the boot).

We put no "side canting lean" in our setup.

The goal of having the same setup on each boot is to get an equal edge pressure on both feet. Each time we tried no symetric boot settings, we lost this pressure symetry...

Regards

Jacques
